Dr. Gallego received her D.M.D. degree at Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She graduated with highest honors, after receiving the Student Achievement Award in Endodontics. She was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society for graduating in the top ten of her class.

Dr. Gallego stayed at Nova Southeastern University to pursue her two year Advanced Specialty Training in Endodontics.
Dr. Gallego is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) is a member of the Colorado Dental Association (CDA) and a member of the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society (MDDS).She volunteers in Academics as Faculty at the School of Dental Medicine, University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus.
In her spare time, Dr. Gallego enjoys the outdoors, skiing, hiking, camping and traveling with her family and friends.
